Exchange Policy:

• We allow a one-time exchange per product category to ensure you find the perfect fit and better understand our brand’s sizing.
• The customer is responsible for sending the product back to us for processing.
• To initiate an exchange, please email us at honestboyswork@gmail.com, and provide all the necessary details.
• Handling time is 1-2 days, and then the order is dispatched for delivery at the earliest.

Exchange

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request an exchange for ordered products if:

1. You received the wrong size other than what you ordered. (Replacement Available)
2. You receive a defective or damaged product (you must have a parcel opening video for replacement).

We do not issue an exchange if:

1. There was no unboxing video for the product received.
2. Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or Courier Delays)

Important Note (please read carefully):

1. 1. No exchange No Return No refund on a dislike basis. We try to give the best, but every customer’s taste and preference are different.
   2. 360-degree unboxing parcel video is required in case of any damage or wrong or missing item. The issue must be clear in the video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
   3. In case of Return by courier due to any reason, Reshipping fees need to be paid; there is no refund in any case, so give the proper address and contact number and also track your parcels
   4. Slightly different colors or light-darkness due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings can be there.
   5. Due to heavy dispatch, sometimes tracking may get delayed, but it is always dispatched on time.
